Guns for Hire
This is supposedly a "trophy video" from a run in which privately-employed security officials fired upon civilian cars in Iraq. I don't know if that's where it came from, but whoever's in the video is definitely firing on ordinary cars while listening to Elvis.

What are we doing? Nothing that can be explained. We are, however, quickly bankrupting the treasury. Ancient Rome comes to mind over and over; before you know it, huns and vandals will be at the gates and we will be atempting to pay them off. It really is time to move to Buenos Aires.
